Return and Refund Policy
At Label By Natheera, every piece is crafted with care — and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at labelbynatheera@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us before sending back any item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order details. We will resolve it promptly.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
